About Eterna

What is Eterna?

Eterna is a software platform that helps you organise, allocate and track your funds across strategy pools in one place. The platform focuses on automation, reporting and convenient account management.

Is Eterna a broker or an investment fund?

No. Eterna is not a broker, bank or collective investment vehicle. It is a technology service that provides tools for working with strategy pools and a unified wallet interface.

What tools does Eterna provide for strategy management?

Eterna offers dashboards, performance tracking, allocation tools and portfolio overview features to help users manage strategies efficiently.

Do I need trading experience to use Eterna?

Basic understanding of how financial markets work is helpful, but not mandatory. The interface is designed to be as clear as possible, with transparent rules and statistics for each strategy pool.

What makes Eterna different from similar platforms?

Eterna focuses on a unified system for strategy access, reporting and internal wallet accounting — all in one interface.

Account & Security

How do I create an account?

Click “Register” in the top menu and fill in the required fields. After confirming your email address, you will get access to your personal dashboard and wallet.

How is my account protected?

Your account is protected by a secure password, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and server-side security measures. We recommend using a unique strong password and not sharing it with anyone.

What should I do if I forget my password?

Use the “Forgot password?” link on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email address. If you no longer have access to your email, please contact support.

Can I enable additional security for my account?

The platform is being developed with extended security features in mind. As new options (such as two-factor authentication) are added, they will appear in your profile settings.

Does Eterna have access to my personal payment data?

All payments on Eterna are processed via blockchain-based transactions. The platform does not store card data or sensitive payment information. Funds are transferred directly on the blockchain using secure wallet addresses, ensuring transparency, traceability, and a high level of security. Eterna does not have access to users’ private keys or payment credentials.

Wallet & Payments

What is the internal wallet on Eterna?

The internal wallet is your balance inside the platform. You can use it to allocate funds to strategy pools, pay service fees and request withdrawals according to the platform rules.

Which payment methods are supported?

Eterna currently supports deposits in USDT (TRC20). All transactions are processed directly on the blockchain, which allows for fast transfers and low network fees. Funds are credited to your balance after blockchain confirmation.

How long do deposits and withdrawals usually take?

Deposits are credited automatically within a few minutes after blockchain confirmation. Withdrawal requests are processed manually and usually completed within up to 48 hours. Processing time may vary depending on verification status and system workload.

Are there any fees charged by Eterna?

Eterna does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. Only standard blockchain network fees apply. When participating in strategy pools, an entry fee of 1.5% and a performance fee of 20% on positive results are applied. All fees are calculated automatically and displayed transparently.

What is crystallization?

Crystallization is an automated platform process that fixes your realized profit in active pools every 2 weeks. When crystallization happens, the profit is credited to your Interest Wallet, while your pool allocation continues running until you choose to exit. After crystallization, the credited profit becomes available for withdrawal.

In which currency is my balance stored?

Your internal wallet balance is stored in USDT. All platform operations, including deposits, withdrawals, allocations and calculations, are performed using USDT as the base settlement currency.

Strategy Pools

What is a strategy pool?

A strategy pool is a structured way of allocating funds to a specific trading or market approach managed under defined rules. Eterna provides the infrastructure for accounting, allocation and reporting for such pools.

Can I connect to several strategy pools at the same time?

Yes. You can split your wallet balance between different pools according to your own preferences and the platform limits.

Can I change or pause my allocation?

You can change your allocation or close your position in a pool according to its current rules. Available actions and possible restrictions are shown in your dashboard for each pool.

Where can I see detailed information about a pool?

For each pool, you can view a description, key parameters and historical statistics available in the platform interface. This information is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of future performance.

Who is responsible for the strategies available on Eterna?

Strategies available on Eterna are created and maintained by independent strategy providers. Each strategy is reviewed for structure and transparency before being listed. Eterna does not manage user funds and does not execute trading activity. The platform provides technical infrastructure for allocation, tracking, and reporting only.

IPO

What is the IPO section on Eterna?

The IPO section allows users to view upcoming public offerings directly in their personal dashboard. Users can review available IPOs in advance and submit participation requests before the subscription period ends.

How does IPO participation work?

Users submit a request during the IPO availability period. Depending on final allocation results, the request may be fully filled, partially filled, or cancelled. In case of partial allocation or cancellation, the unallocated amount is automatically returned to the user’s balance.

How is allocation calculated?

Allocations are determined based on available volume and total participant demand. If demand exceeds supply, allocation may be partially filled according to predefined rules, which are displayed before submitting a request.

IPO terms and conditions

The standard allocation and lockup period is 30 days. The minimum participation amount is 500 USDT. A platform fee of 6.5% is applied to the actually allocated amount. Early exit is available after 7 days with a fee of 3.5% applied to the allocated amount.

Where can I track my IPO status?

All IPO-related information — including request status, allocation results, lockup period and updates — is available directly in your Eterna account dashboard.

Partner Program

What is the Eterna Partner Program?

The Partner Program allows you to earn commission by referring users to the Eterna platform. You receive a share of platform fees generated by users who registered through your referral link.

How much can I earn as a partner?

Partners can earn up to 50% of platform commissions depending on their partner level and activity. There are no fixed limits — earnings scale with user activity.

Is there a minimum number of referrals required?

No. You can start earning even with a single active referral. There are no minimum volume or referral requirements.

How are partner rewards paid?

Partner rewards are credited automatically to your partner balance and become available for withdrawal once the minimum payout threshold of 50 USDT is reached.

How much can I earn as a partner? (Example)

Example: A user joins a pool with 10,000 USDT. Entry fee is 1.5% (150 USDT). Partner receives up to 50% of this fee — 75 USDT. If the strategy generates 15% profit (1,500 USDT), the platform fee is 20% (300 USDT), and the partner may receive up to 150 USDT. Total potential reward: 225 USDT. All commissions are calculated automatically and displayed in your dashboard.
